Fitness should be easy to do and simple enough to incorporate in your life. 

Throughout the years of working with clients and helping them make better choices,  I've noticed that only those who can be realistic about their goals have made a lifestyle change.  You need to be true to yourself about the type of exercises you choose to do and make eating habits be simple to do.  Special diets aren't realistic and hardcore classes or training isn't for everyone. You need to learn to eat healthier.   If you choose something simple to start with and make the your exercise time obtainable,  you'll be able to incorporate exercise as a daily routine. You need to create a habit.  Change your lifestyle and include exercise.   Easy to do and follow.  Always choose things that are true to you and fun.

Group Fitness

With group training, you get an evaluation to determine your fitness level and program. You share your sessions with someone or a small group. This can be a more economical way to get a fitness program.

One on One Personalized Fitness

I will do an initial evaluation to determine the perfect fitness program for you. I take your body fat and circumfrence measurements.  We also discuss your nutrition habits and improvements that need to be made. I come up with a individualized fitness programs that helps you meet your goals. Then we can determine how often we meet each week.

Fitness Consultation

In this session, as in one-on-one training, I will also do an initial evaluation on what is your fitness goals should be, by taking your body fat and circumfrence measurements.  I will discuss nutrition as well.  I will then consult and educate you on how to plan a fitness program that you can follow. We can then follow up with each other every month.
